37 weeks... lets get this show on the road!

Today is the official 37 week mark - and I'd like to get things moving!! I'm trying to be as active as possible to help things along, but I'm not sure its working. Last night I turned on the Ipod & danced around, which definitely lead to quite a few contractions - but nothing came of it, and they eventually fizzled out. My energy level last night was through the roof though (nesting?) and I finished the baby's mobile, still gluing butterflies on at close to 1am..

Once I finally decided to lay down & read, Reily (our almost 9 year old Toy Fox Terrier) started his whining. He does this EVERY night now. He has to sleep in his crate since he's had a few accidents recently - and in the new house with the new baby on the way, we can't have that. He sits in his crate all the time on his own, but once we shut that door at night, he has a mental breakdown - crying, yelping, whining, etc... Its awful. We are taking him to the vet tomorrow to try to get him some anxiety meds (they worked wonders for my parents cat!!) - We can't be getting up with a dog AND a baby, and we ABSOLUTELY CAN'T have the dog waking the baby...  so we're hoping this works.


Yesterday Christine came over and we talked weddings for a while - I love that!! I'm so honored to be her Matron of Honor, and I'm loving the planning so far. Her wedding will probably be next summer, and even though its so early, my love for party planning has taken over completely, and I basically have her entire bachelorette party planned, as long as the rest of the bridesmaids are on board!! Yayyyyy party planning!!

I'm having a few issues the past few days - my fake ring (yes, I bought a fake wedding band at JCPenney since my real one doesn't fit anymore) barely fits anymore because I'm swollen, and now I have something going on with my left eye - a stye maybe? Who knows... but really, do I need something else to make me look funny at this point? No thanks....
